Lane Creeps

Primary Attributes

• Primary attributes now grant additional bonuses, known as perks.
• Strength: If strength is a hero's primary attribute, every point in strength increases their status resistance by 0.15%. ( Reduces the duration of effects like silence/stun/disarm/root/fear/etc. For DPS debuffs with slows, it instead just reduces the slow values to keep the damage amount unaffected))
• Agility: If agility is a hero's primary attribute, every point in agility increases their movement speed by 0.06%.
• Intelligence: If intelligence is a hero's primary attribute, every point in intelligence increases their magic resistance by 0.15%.

Regeneration

• Reworked health regeneration formula:
  • Old: Base + 0.06 * Strength + Flat Bonuses
  • New: (Base + Flat Bonuses) and increases by 0.7% Per Strength
  • Each point of Strength amplifies health regeneration by 0.7%
  • Base values increased by 1.5 for all heroes in the new formula.
  • Talents, abilities and items have been adjusted to account for the new formula.

• Reworked mana regeneration formula to change percentage bonuses to raw bonuses.
  • Old: (0.01 + 0.04 * Int) * (1 + Percentages Bonuses) + Flat Bonuses
  • New: (Base + Flat Bonuses) and increases by 2% Per Intelligence
  • Each point of Intelligence amplifies mana regeneration by 2%.
  • All heroes currently have 0.9 base, but may be adjusted on case by case basis in the future (like base HP regen is now).
  • Talents, abilities and items have been adjusted to account for the new formula.

Others

• Removed cliffing restrictions for Rubick, Magnus, Dark Seer, etc.
• Removed Pudge and Vengeful Spirit's free pathing on terrain cliffs.
• Fixed magic damage sources from attacks not being blocked by Barrier type abilities (Pipe, Hood, Flame Guard).
